We invite you to review our Photography pre-shoot checklist, thoughtfully designed to ensure the finest results and the greatest number of deliverable, high-quality images for your project. By following these simple guidelines, we streamline your reservation and elevate the overall visual excellence of your photography experience.

Deposits are non-refundable. If a photoshoot with a deposit is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, including because of an occurrence beyond the Client's (“Licensee”) control, the deposit will be held and applied as a credit toward a future photoshoot with Strictly natural light ("Snl"). Photoshoots may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty up to 48 hours before the reserved date. Photoshoots cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the reserved date will incur a 10% fee on the project total. If Licensee fails to pay the Invoice within the time specified in the Invoice, Snl may, in its sole discretion, revoke the license.
Unless stated otherwise in the Invoice, Snl grants Licensee a single perpetual, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-assignable worldwide right to use the Licensed Material identified in the Invoice for personal, commercial, and editorial use. An additional fee is required for use beyond this license. For clarity, this license is for the Licensee only. All others who wish to use the Licensed Material must purchase a separate license from Snl. A publication that wishes to use Licensed Material for an editorial, for example, must purchase a separate license from Snl.
